Summer Splashes Fun Meet #1 Results
Great job everyone at our first Fun Meet of the 2020 Summer Splashes Season. Thanks to everyone for helping us with maintaining our social distancing and allowing the kids such a fun evening. We saw some outstanding swims and hope that the kids really enjoyed themselves. Now we have some goals to shoot for as we continue to improve over the next few weeks.
The Green Team (Mosley Site) pulled out a narrow victory over the Yellow Team (Frank Brown Park Site) by a score of 468.5 to 417.5. We should be in for a lot of close meets in the next few weeks.
Congratulations to our event winners tonight: Veronica Wellhausen (6&Under Girls), Wyatt Morris (6&Under Boys), Isabel Christoph (7-8 Girls), Richard Kaneaster (7-8 Boys), Abigail Christoph (9-10 Girls), Ben Morris (9-10 Boys), Lydia Thomas (11&Over Girls), and Caleb Christoph (11&Over Boys).
Our next meet will be next Friday July 24. We will swim both Freestyle and Backstroke in this meet. Make sure to get signed up online no later than Thursday July 23.
