Frank Brown Park Policy for Spectators

(Starts January 1, 2021)

At a recent Panama City Beach City Council Meeting, the Council approved some changes to fees and policies related to the Parks Department and the Frank Brown Park Aquatic Facility.  These new policies are important for the facility to continue to offer activities to the public and also to make sure that they are able to monitor who is accessing the facilities for security and health reasons.  This new policy will take effect on January 1, 2021 for anyone who wishes to enter the gates of the Aquatic Facility.

PCST swimmers will simply be issued ID cards at NO CHARGE.  There will be fees for spectators and non swimming siblings of PCST swimmers if they wish to access the facility inside the gate.  However, since PCST families are at the facility so often, the Parks Department has come up with a highly discounted annual pass option for PCST.  Linked below is a letter from the PCB Aquatic Center that should help answer questions you may have regarding this new policy.  The attached letter has included all different type of memberships and fees but please note the last two options:  Swim Club Spectator Pass Family ($35.00 per year) and Swim Club Spectator Pass Individual ($15.00 per year).
